Weather

My heart breaks for the people in Texas who are suffering from hurricane Harvey. I lived in Texas for awhile and lived thru a couple of tornadoes. I lived in San Francisco in 1989 when the earthquake hit. But I was never displaced from my home or lost anything of value. Even as a teenager when we had a house fire, it was more of an annoyance than anything. All I can do is send money and hope help is swift.

It was 94 here in Oregon and tomorrow it will probably be hotter than the forecast 101. It makes me really grumpy. Especially since the forecast is for extremely hot weather for the next two weeks. I want the cool fall weather and I'd love a rainy day, but my god, I'm lucky
