Snowflake Challenge day-8
In your own space, share a favorite piece of original canon (a TV episode, a song, a favorite interview, a book, a scene from a movie, etc) and explain why you love it so much.
Honestly, I had kind of wanted to go with something other than SGA, shocking. I know. But I came back to SGA. The scene is in the episode, “The Game” it has been found out that their Sims/Civilization game is affecting Real People. Those whacky Ancients used a lesser advanced civilization to run a social experiment on. The escalating tensions between “Geldar” and “Hallona” threaten all out war.
Ok, the scene comes after the Atlantans try to figure out what to do, John brightens up with, “I got an idea” and grabs a befuddled Rodney by the front of his tac vest. AND RODNEY DOESN’T BITCH AT HIM. It is a tiny thing, a very small moment, but seriously? can you imagine anyone else getting away with “laying hands” on Rodney like that? I believe it shows implicit trust Rodney has for his team, and especially John.

It's the little moments, really, that make SGA such an amazing show. ::grins::

The leather collars, and for some reason, the smudgy, dirty faces.
