I was reheating some leftovers, when I realized the mashed potatoes I thought I nuked, was a salad instead. 🤢 In forty years of cooking I’ve had plenty of failures and weird combinations, nut microwaved salad is a new low.

In other news, my brother is out of the hospital already, and doing well.
